Abstract

Rad istražuje razvoj i implementaciju sustava upravljanja skladištem na laboratorijskoj maketi tvornice koristeći principe Industrije 4.0. Cilj je bio automatizirati skladišne
operacije i optimizirati upravljanje zalihama. Razvijeni upravljački sustav omogućuje
precizno pomicanje ruke, dostavljanje paleta te određivanje pozicija za spremanje i uzimanje radnih komada. Vizualizacijsko sučelje omogućuje nadzor i upravljanje skladištem, dok je testiranjem pokazana pouzdanost i učinkovitost sustava u različitim uvjetima. Rezultati pokazuju značajno poboljšanje efikasnosti i preciznosti skladišnih operacija. Preporučuje se daljnja integracija umjetne inteligencije i strojnog učenja te testiranje sustava u stvarnim proizvodnim okruženjima. Rad doprinosi razvoju inteligentnih
i automatiziranih skladišnih sustava, unapređujući logističke i proizvodne procese.

Abstract (english)

The paper investigates the development and implementation of a warehouse management system on a factory laboratory model using the principles of Industry 4.0. The
goal was to automate warehouse operations and optimize inventory management. The
developed control system enables precise movement of the arm, delivery of pallets and
determination of positions for storing and picking up workpieces. The visualization interface enables the monitoring and management of the warehouse, while testing has
shown the reliability and efficiency of the system in different conditions. The results
show a significant improvement in the efficiency and precision of warehouse operations.
Further integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning and system testing in
real production environments is recommended. The work contributes to the development of intelligent and automated storage systems, improving logistics and production
processes.
