Abstract

Završni rad prati razvoj web aplikacije Sportscape koja za cilj ima kroz hibrid oglasnika i društvene mreže za sportaše stvoriti univerzalnu platformu za popularizaciju rekreativnog sporta i tako mogućnosti moderne tehnologije okrenuti u korist malog čovjeka i njegova zdravlja.

Sportscape je stvoren za dvije vrste korisnika: vlasnike sportskih prostora koji žele iznajmljivati terene i sportaše koji iste terene unajmljuju te se zatim povezuju s ostalim sportašima sličnih profila.

Dakle, vlasnik može objaviti oglas, pratiti statistike svojih oglasa i odgovarati na ponude za iste. S druge strane, sportaši mogu pretraživati oglase, slati zahtjeve za iznajmljivanje termina ili pak za pridruživanje već unajmljenim terminima. Svaki član termina istome može napisati recenziju, a sportaši mogu i međusobno gledati svoje profile i recenzirati se. Dodatno, svaki termin ima vlastiti razgovor u stvarnom vremenu (eng. chat) preko kojeg sportaši mogu dogovarati detalje svoje buduće sportske aktivnosti.

Platforma je izrađena koristeći PostgreSQL, Supabase, Next.js, Tailwind CSS i Mantine.

Abstract (english)

The final thesis follows the development of the web application Sportscape, which aims to create a universal platform for popularising recreational sports through a hybrid of a classifieds site and a social network for athletes. The goal is to leverage modern technology to benefit the average person and their health.

Sportscape is designed for two types of users: sports facility owners who want to rent out their spaces, and athletes who rent these spaces and then connect with other athletes with similar interests.

Thus, an owner can post an advertisement, track the statistics of their ads, and respond to offers. On the other hand, athletes can browse ads, send requests to rent slots or join already booked slots. Each slot member can write a review for that specific slot, and athletes can also view each other's profiles and review each other. Additionally, each slot has its real-time chat through which athletes can arrange the details of their future sports activities.

The platform is built using PostgreSQL, Supabase, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Mantine.
