Abstract

U ovom radu istražena je dinamika timskog rada studenata na projektu uporabom Github platforme, što je ključno za razumijevanje i poboljšanje timske produktivnosti i suradnje u razvoju složene programske potpore. Koristeći bogat skup informacija koje Github bilježi o svakoj promjeni i aktivnosti učinjenoj na repozitoriju, moguće je detaljno analizirati postupke razvojnog tima tijekom rada na projektu. Cilj rada je, uporabom podataka iz Github repozitorija, koristeći Github API za prikupljanje i analizu podataka o predajama koda, zahtjevima za povlačenje, problemima i raspravama analizirati ključne faktore koji utječu na uspješnost timskog rada. Za interakciju s API-jem korištena je biblioteka PyGithub programskog jezika Python, što je omogućilo detaljnu analizu svih timskih aktivnosti i interakcija. Razvijena je programska podrška za analizu timskog razvoja studentskih projekata programske potpore za web aplikacije uporabom GitHub API-a te su identificirane aktivnosti članova tima. Abstract (english)

In this paper, the dynamics of student teamwork on a project was investigated using GitHub platform, which is necesarry for understanding and improving team productivity and collaboration while developing complex software. Using a rich set of information that Github collects about each change and activity done on the repository, it's possible to do a detailed analysis of development team actions while working on a project. The goal of this paper is to analyze the key factors that influence the teamwork success, using data from Github repositories and Github API for collecting and analyzing dana about commits, pull requests, issues and discussions. Python library PyGithub was used to interact with API, which enabled a detailed analysis of team activities and interactions. Software for team development analysis was developed using Github API and team members' activities were identified.
