Abstract

U sklopu rada razvijen je simulacijski model kaveznog asinkronog stroja u programskom alatu PLECS. Pri tome, asinkroni stroj u modelu predstavlja opteretni stroj dizelskog agregata. U radu je prvo obrađen dinamički model asinkronog stroja prilagođen vektorskom upravljanju. Nakon toga, pružen je kratki pregled i usporedba osnovnih metoda vektorskog upravljanja asinkronim strojem. Dodatno, prezentirana je i definirana izlazna karakteristika razmatranog dizelskog agregata. Zatim, opisan je izrađeni simulacijski model vektorskog upravljanja strojem orijentacijom polja rotora. U modelu je složeno više shema za estimaciju rotorskog magnetskog toka; to su estimatori temeljeni na strujnom modelu (neizravna estimacija toka) i naponskom modelu (izravna estimacija toka) asinkronog stroja. Estimatori su temeljeni na naponskom modelu, nadalje, podijeljeni ovisno o načinu integracije te ovisno o tome primjenjuju li sustav fazno zatvorene petlje. Svi su estimacijski modeli simulacijski verificirani i međusobno uspoređeni. Potom je predstavljena i simulacijom ispitana shema izravnog upravljanja momentom asinkronog stroja. Konačno, simulirana je, u radu opisana, sekvenca terećenja asinkronog generatora upravljanog orijentacijom rotorskog toka, te su prikazani i analizirani rezultati simulacije.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a simulation model of a squirrel-cage induction machine was created in the PLECS software tool. In the model, the asynchronous machine represents the load machine of a diesel generator. Initially, a dynamic model of an induction machine adapted to vector control is described. This is followed by a brief overview and comparison of basic asynchronous machine vector control methods. Additionally, the output characteristics of the studied diesel generator are presented. Next, the created simulation model of the rotor field oriented control is described. The model contains several schemes for estimating the rotor magnetic flux; these are estimators based on the current model (indirect flux estimation) and the voltage model (direct flux estimation) of the asynchronous machine. The estimators based on the voltage model are categorized depending on the integration method and the use of the phase locked loop system. All estimation models are verified and compared with each other. Next, direct torque control scheme of the induction machine is introduced and subsequently tested. Finally, the load sequence of the asynchronous generator governed via the field oriented vector control is simulated. The load sequence is detailed in the paper and the simulation results are clearly presented and analyzed.
