Abstract

Jedan od najbitnijih postupaka projektiranja energetskog transformatora jest njegovo modeliranje. U postupku modeliranja, određuju se vrijednosti parametara nadomjesne sheme – gubitci u željezu, struja magnetiziranja, napon kratkog spoja, omski i ukupni gubitci transformatora. Većinu navedenih vrijednosti nije moguće jednostavno analitički izračunati, stoga se koriste računalni alati prilagođeni za kompleksne proračune. Jedna od najpoznatijih i najpopularnijih metoda današnjice jest metoda konačnih elemenata (MKE). Opisivanjem željenog modela pomoću parcijalnih diferencijalnih jednadžbi te njihovo rješavanje računalnim programima poput MagNet-a znatno se olakšava i ubrzava proces projektiranja. Cjelokupni postupak može se automatizirati uz MATLAB programsko sučelje. Pokusi praznog hoda i kratkog spoja jednostavno se simuliraju, a podaci dohvaćaju i spremaju u strukture definirane u MATLAB-u. Time se vrijednosti dobivene simulacijama mogu lako obraditi te grafički prikazati. Simulacijom kratkog spoja pomoću FEM-a moguće je analizirati elektromagnetske sile koje djeluju na namote transformatora. Radijalne i aksijalne elektromagnetske sile izvijanjem i izvrtanjem vodiča namota stvaraju štetu pri velikim strujama kratkog spoja. Ovaj je rad obuhvatio sve navedene postupke modeliranja, koji su potkrijepljeni tabličnim i grafičkim prikazima rezultata.

Abstract (english)

Modeling is one of the most important procedures in transformer design. In the modeling process, the parameter values of the equivalent circuit are determined, including iron losses, magnetizing current, short-circuit voltage, ohmic and total transformer losses. Most of the listed quantities cannot be easily calculated using analytical methods. Therefore, computer tools, which are created for complex calculations, are used. One of the most famous and popular methods today is the finite element method (FEM). Describing the desired model using partial differential equations and solving them with computer programs such as MagNet greatly simplifies and speeds up the design process. The entire procedure can be automated with the MATLAB programming interface. No-load and short-circuit experiments are easily simulated, and the data is retrieved and stored in structures defined in MATLAB. In this way, the values obtained from the simulations can be easily processed and displayed graphically. By simulating a short circuit using FEM, it is possible to analyze the electromagnetic forces acting on the transformer windings. Radial and axial electromagnetic forces can buckle and compress the windings, which can cause damage at high values of the short-circuit currents. This paper included all the mentioned modeling procedures, which are supported by tabular and graphical representations of the results.
