Abstract

Rad se bavi implementacijom vektorskog upravljanja sinkronog stroja s permanent-
nim magnetima (BLDC motor) koristeći Infineonov XMC750W paket. Rad je podijeljen
u dva dijela: teorijski i eksperimentalni. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjene su potrebne ma-
tematičke jednadžbe za upravljanje motorom, uključujući modele struja i brzine u dq
sustavu, dok se eksperimentalni dio fokusira na implementaciju upravljačkog algoritma
te ispitivanje njegove učinkovitosti.
U prvom dijelu rada opisane su potrebne formule i jednadžbe za uspješno upravlja-
nje motorom, kao i detalji o regulatorima struje i brzine. Sve funkcije napisane su u
programskom jeziku C te implementirane u programskom okruženju Infineon DAVE.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisana su testiranja algoritma upravljanja, uključujući za-
let, terećenje i reverziranje motora. Ovi testovi provedeni su kako bi se osigurala točnost
algoritma i njegova sposobnost kontrole motora u različitim uvjetima rada.
Zaključak rada je uspješno implementiran sustav upravljanja, no uočeno je odstupa-
nje u performansama motora pri nižim brzinama zbog karakteristika motora i zahtjeva
za vrlo malim naponom.

Abstract (english)

The thesis addresses the implementation of vector control of a permanent magnet
synchronous machine (BLDC motor) using the Infineon XMC750W package. The work
is divided into two parts: theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part explains the
necessary mathematical equations for motor control, including models of current and
speed in the dq system, while the experimental part focuses on the implementation of
the control algorithm and testing its effectiveness.
In the first part of the thesis, the necessary formulas and equations for successful mo-
tor control are described, along with details about the current and speed controllers. All
functions are written in the C programming language and implemented in the Infineon
DAVE software environment. The experimental part describes the testing of the control
algorithm, including motor acceleration, loading, and reversing. These tests were con-
ducted to ensure the accuracy of the algorithm and its ability to control the motor under
various operating conditions.
The conclusion of the thesis is that the control system was successfully implemented,
although some performance deviations were observed at lower speeds due to the motor’s
characteristics and the requirement for very low voltage.
