Abstract

U sklopu završnog rada prikazan je postupak integracije elektromotornog pogona u
sustav automatizacije. Pogon, sastavljen od frekvencijskog pretvarača Sinamics S120
i asinkronog kaveznog stroja, parametriran je pomoću pogramskog alata STARTER
i povezan s programirljivim logičkim kontrolerom (PLC) Simatic S7􀀀1500. Koristeći
Profibus DP, pretvarač je povezan s PLC-om, dok je veza PLC-a i računala
uspostavljena Profinet komunikacijskim protokolom. Uz pomoć programskog paketa
TIA Portal definirana je komunikacija između pojedinih komponenti sustava i
napravljen algoritam upravljanja. U konačnici, napravljeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje
(HMI), namijenjeno upravljanju pogonom i nadgledanju rada pogona.

Abstract (english)

This final work contains a descriptive procedure of automation of drive with
induction machine and incremental encoder. Drive, compound of the frequency
converter Sinamics S120 and squirrel􀀀cage induction motor is configured with
program package STARTER, and connected with Programmable logic controller
(PLC) Simatic S7-1500. Using Profibus DP communication protocol, PLC was
connected with frequency converter, while connection with computer was established
with Profinet communication protocol. Program package TIA Portal was used to
define the hardware configuration of used components and to write control algorithm
for automation. At the end, user visualisation interface was made (HMI), used for
drive control and monitoring.
