Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje integraciju glasovnog asistenta Amazon Alexa s FER-ovom IoT platformom za prikupljanje poljoprivrednih podataka. U uvodu se daje pregled tema i ciljeva rada. Detaljno je razmotrena arhitektura IoT platforme, uključujući REST poslužitelj i bazu podataka InfluxDB. Analizirani su tehnički i funkcionalni aspekti Amazon Alexe i njezinih vještina, uključujući proces komunikacije, obradu naredbi, te izradu prilagođenih modela glasovne interakcije. Posebna pažnja posvećena je razvoju vještine Fer SmartVoice, koja omogućava dohvaćanje informacija o scenama, pogledima i konkretnih podataka iz baze podataka preko Amazon Alexe. Prikazani su primjeri korištenja vještina za poboljšanje korisničke interakcije, naglašavajući prednosti ovakvog pristupa za pristupanje i upravljanje poljoprivrednim podacima.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores the integration of the Amazon Alexa voice assistant with FER's IoT platform for collecting agricultural data. The introduction provides an overview of the topics and objectives of the paper. The architecture of the IoT platform, including the REST server and InfluxDB database, is examined in detail. The technical and functional aspects of Amazon Alexa and its skills are analyzed, including the communication process, command processing, and the creation of customized voice interaction models. Special attention is given to the development of the Fer SmartVoice skill, which enables the retrieval of information about scenes, views, and specific data from the database via Amazon Alexa. Examples of skill usage are presented to improve user interaction, highlighting the advantages of this approach for accessing and managing agricultural data.
