Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se proučavanjem načina rada i specifikacija laboratorijske
makete tvornice u okviru koncepta Industrija 4.0. Detaljno su se analizirale tehničke
specifikacije i funkcionalnosti laboratorijske makete. Na temelju te analize, razvijeno je
idejno rješenje upravljačkog sustava sortirnice koje uključuje algoritme za automatsko
upravljanje i optimizaciju rada postrojenja te vizualno sučelje. Sučelje je dizajnirano da
bude intuitivno i korisnički prilagođeno, omogućavajući operaterima jednostavan pris-
tup svim relevantnim informacijama i kontrolama potrebnim za efikasno upravljanje
postrojenjem sortirnice.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis examines the operation and specifications of a laboratory model of
a factory within the concept of Industry 4.0. The technical specifications and functional-
ities of the laboratory model were analyzed in detail. Based on this analysis, a conceptual
solution for the sorting plant control system was developed, which includes algorithms
for automatic control and optimization of plant operations, as well as a visual interface.
The interface is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, enabling operators to easily
access all relevant information and controls necessary for efficient management of the
sorting plant.
