Abstract

U ovom radu predstavljen je prostor dinamike dvostruke aukcije, metoda formiranja grafa dinamike dvostruke aukcije te je primijenjena metoda učenja reprezentacije grafova u samonadziranom okruženju. Grafovi dinamike dvostruke aukcije u sebi sadrže više informacija o trenutnom stanju tržišta u odnosu na OHLC svijeće, standardnu metodu agregiranja signala zadnjih izvršenih transakcija. Svrha ovog rada je ispitati informacije ugrađene unutar naučenih reprezentacija te je li naučene reprezentacije odražavaju pravilnosti unutar prostora dinamike dvostruke aukcije koje se ne mogu detektirati OHLC svijećama. Rezultati su dobiveni koristeći transakcijske podatke s burze kriptovaluta.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the dynamics space of a double auction, the method of forming a double auction dynamics graph, and applies the method of learning graph-level representations in a self-supervised environment. Double auction dynamics graphs contain more information about the current market state compared to OHLC candlesticks, the standard method of aggregating signals from the last executed transaction. The purpose of this work is to examine the information embedded within the learned representations and whether the learned representations reflect patterns within the double auction dynamics space that cannot be detected by OHLC candlesticks. The results were obtained using transaction data from a cryptocurrency exchange.
