Abstract

U radu je opisana izrada algoritma upravljanja laboratorijskim modelom sustava prijenosa
tekućine. Algoritam upravljanja je programiran koristeći programski paket EcoStruexure
Machine Expert te je zatim implementiran u programirljivi logički kontroler. Pomoću
izrađenog algoritma može se upravljati razinom i temperaturomtekućine u spremniku.
Razinom tekućine upravlja se kaskadnom regulacijom koristeći dva regulatora. Za
unutarnju petlju koristi se PI regulator brzine protoka, a za vanjsku petlju P regulator
razine tekućine. Temperatura tekućine se regulira korištenjem histereznog regulatora.
Za upravljanje sustavom prijenosa tekućine izrađeno je vizualizacijsko sučelja pomoću
kojega se zadaju željene vrijednosti razine i temperature tekućine, nadgledaju trenutna
stanja sustava te mijenjaju parametri regulatora.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes the process of creating a control algorithm for a laboratory model
of a liquid transfer system. The control algorithm was programmed using the EcoStruxure
Machine Expert software package, which was then implemented in a programmable
logic controller. Using the developed algorithm, the level and temperature of the liquid
in the tank can be managed. Liquid level is regulated by a cascade control system using
two controllers. For the inner loop, the PI controller of flow rate is used, and for the outer
loop, the P controller of liquid level is used. The temperature of the liquid is regulated
using a hysteresis regulator. For managing the liquid transfer system, a human machine
interface was created, which allows you to set the desired values of the liquid level and
temperature, monitor the current state of the system, and change the parameters of controllers.
