Abstract
U okviru ovog rada opisani su procesi upravljanja projektima istraživanja i razvoja iz stručne literature. Dokumentirani su procesi upravljanja projektima istraživanja i razvoja unutar stvarnog poduzeća te procesi agilnog razvoja korištenjem upravljačkog okvira Scrum unutar projekata istraživanja i razvoja. Uz dokumentiranje procesa upravljanja unutar poduzeća, iznesene su i ključne točke na koje je potrebno obratiti pozornost pri upravljanju, odnosno provođenju projekata istraživanja i razvoja. Na kraju je priložena projektna dokumentacija projekta te dokumentacija aplikacije izrađene unutar projekta.
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis, the processes of managing research and development projects from professional literature are described. The processes of managing research and development projects within a real company and the processes of agile development using the Scrum framework within research and development projects are documented. In addition to documenting the management process within the company, the key points that need to be kept in mind when managing research and development projects are presented. At the end, the project documentation and the documentation of the application created within the project are attached.
