Abstract

U radu je opisan princip rada Huygensovog izvora ostvarenog pomoću Hertzovog dipola te magnetskog dipola. Opisan je problem faznog i amplitudnog odnosa struja koje teku elementima Huygensovog izvora te su predstavljena dva pristupa rješavanju tog problema u obliku dviju antena koji se ponašaju kao Huygensovi izvori. Opisani su principi rada navedenih antena te je antena koja koristi spregu između dipola i petlje izmjerena, a antena koja koristi rezonanciju odsimulirana, izrađena i izmjerena te su prikazani rezultati simulacija i mjjerenja. Mjerenja su pokazala da su uistinu ostvareni dijagrami zračenja oblika kardioide te je kod antene koja koristi spregu pokazano znatno poboljšanje odaslane snage koristeći NIC na frekvencijama na kojima je antena električki mala, a kod antene koja koristi metodu rezonancije pokazano je širokopojasno pojavljivanje dijagrama zračenja oblika kardioide na frekvencijama na kojima je antena električki mala.

Abstract (english)

This Master’s Thesis describes the working principle of the Huygens source realized
using a Hertzian dipole and a magnetic dipole. The problem of the phase and
amplitude relationship of the currents flowing through the elements of the Huygens source
is described, and two approaches to solving this problem are presented in the form
of two antennas that act as Huygens sources. The operating principles of the mentioned
antennas are described, and the antenna that uses the coupling between the dipole
and the loop is measured, and the antenna that uses resonance is simulated, made and
measured, and the results of the simulations and measurements are presented. The
measurements showed that the cardioid-shaped radiation patterns were truly realized,
and the antenna using the coupling method showed a significant improvement in the
transmitted power using NIC at frequencies where the antenna is electrically small,
and the wide-band appearance of the cardioid-shaped radiation diagram at frequencies
at which the resonance-based antenna is electrically small.
