Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada bila je izrada skladišta podataka i analiza podataka za međunarodne nogometne utakmice. Ovim diplomskim radom koncipirano je skladište podataka te su kreirani izvještaji u više alata za izvještavanje. ETL proces podijeljen je u tri faze. U prvoj je fazi obavljeno kopiranje podataka iz izvornog skupa podataka, a podaci su nepromijenjeni. Druga je faza XTR mapiranje koja služi za transformaciju i čišćenje podataka. Zadnja faza služi za punjenje činjenične i dimenzijskih tablica koje kasnije služe kao izvor podataka u izvještajima.
Skladište podataka implementirano je korištenjem PostgreSQL-a, ETL proces implementiran je alatom Talend Studio dok su izvještaji izrađeni u alatima Power BI, Qlik Sense i Tableau.

Abstract (english)

The main topic of this paper was the creation of a data warehouse and data analysis for international football matches. With this thesis, a data warehouse was designed and reports were created in several reporting tools. The ETL process is divided into three phases. In the first stage, the data was copied from the original data set, and the data was unchanged. The second stage is XTR mapping, which serves to transform and clean the data. The last stage serves to fill the fact and dimension tables, which later serve as a source of data in the reports.
The data warehouse was implemented using PostgreSQL, the ETL process was implemented using the Talend Studio tool, and the reports were created in Power BI, Qlik Sense and Tableau tools.
The thesis describes the data warehouse, the description of the ETL process and the created reports.
