Abstract

Ovaj rad istražuje stavove studenata Fakultet elektrotehnike i računarstva Sveučilišta u Zagrebu o poduzetništvu i inovacijama. Analizira njihovu percepciju, stavove i preferencije u vezi s različitim aspektima poduzetništva. Kroz provedbu ankete među studentima s početne i završne godine studija, prikupljeni su podaci o njihovim stavovima o poduzetničkim temama, informacijskim izvorima i željama za buduću karijeru. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da postoji razlika u razumijevanju poduzetništva između studenata s početne i završne godine studija. Također se uočava utjecaj obiteljskog poduzetništva na preferencije studenata u vezi s budućim ulogama u poduzetništvu. Ovi rezultati ukazuju na potrebu za dodatnim informiranjem i podrškom studentima u području poduzetništva. Sveobuhvatna edukacija o poduzetništvu, dostupnost informacijskih izvora i podrška u karijernom razvoju mogu biti ključni čimbenici za poticanje poduzetničkog duha među studentima.

Abstract (english)

This paper explores the attitudes of students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, towards entrepreneurship and innovation. It analyzes their perception, attitudes, and preferences regarding various aspects of entrepreneurship. Through a survey conducted among students in their early and final years of study, data were collected on their attitudes towards entrepreneurial topics, information sources, and career aspirations. The research findings indicate that there is a difference in understanding entrepreneurship between students in their early and final years of study. The influence of family entrepreneurship on students' preferences for future roles in entrepreneurship is also observed. These results highlight the need for additional information and support for students in the field of entrepreneurship. Comprehensive entrepreneurship education, availability of information sources, and support in career development can be crucial factors in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students.
