Abstract
U sklopu rada razvijen je portal za knjige kao Android aplikacija pisana programskim jezikom Kotlin u razvojnom okruženju Android Studio. Za spremanje i sinkronizaciju podataka o knjigama i korisnicima te autentifikaciju korisnika koristi se Firebase. Portal omogućuje agregaciju podataka, pretraživanje knjiga, pisanje recenzija, upravljanje favoritima i, po uzoru na društvene mreže, praćenje drugih korisnika.
Abstract (english)
As part of the paper, a books portal was developed as an Android application written in the Kotlin programming language using the Android Studio integrated development environment. Firebase is used for storing and synchronizing book and user data, as well as user authentication. The books portal offers features such as data aggregation, allowing users to search for books, write reviews, manage their favorites and, taking inspiration from social media platforms, follow other users.
