Abstract
Konverzija podataka iz SMV u COMTRADE format Dostignućima na polju komunikacijskih tehnologija pojavila se mogućnost inovativnog rješavanja postojećih problema u elektroenergetskom sustavu. Pojavom norme IEC 61850 omogućava se standardizirana komunikacija između uređaja sekundarne opreme. Numerički releji imaju ograničenu internu memoriju po pitanju količine podataka koji se mogu pohraniti i naknadno analizirati te je provjerena izvedivost stvaranja trajnijeg zapisa veće rezolucije koristeći open-source sklopovlje, programski jezik i operativni sustav. Prilikom konverzije podataka zapisanih u SMV okvirima u COMTRADE format uočena su ograničenja na driveru koja su u radu i dokumentirana.
Abstract (english)
SMV to COMTRADE format conversion New achievements in the field of communication technology enabled an innovative approach in the solving of the existing problems in the power system. The IEC 61850 norm provides a standardized communication among the secondary equipment devices. Numerical relays have limited internal memory in terms of data storage and limited capability in subsequent analysis. Therefore the feasibility of making high resolution long term records using open-source hardware and software is tested. The observed restrictions on the driver in the SMV to COMTRADE data conversion are documented in this paper.
