Abstract

U modernim industrijskim sustavima, posebno u pogonima koji koriste elektromotorne pogone, postavljeni su visoki zahtjevi na dinamičke performanse. Jedan od faktora koji izravno utječu na performanse su vibracije uzrokovane elastičnim prijenosnim mehanizmom. U ovom istraživanju, cilj je eksperimentalno usporediti PI regulator brzine vrtnje s polinomskim regulatorom na postavu koji se sastoji od dva istosmjerna motora s konstantnom uzbudom povezana elastičnom spojkom. Paralelno s polinomskim regulatorom, projektiran je i PI regulator brzine vrtnje koristeći optimum dvostrukog odnosa. Ova metoda koristi dvije petlje upravljanja, jednu za brzinu vrtnje, a drugu za moment kako bi se postigla bolja dinamička stabilnost i odziv sustava. Nakon implementacije regulatora uspoređena su njihova vladanja sustavom.

Abstract (english)

Modern industrial systems, especially those employing electric motor drives, have high demands for dynamic performance. One of the factors directly influencing performance is vibration caused by the elastic transmission mechanism. The goal of this study is to experimentally compare a PI (Proportional-Integral) speed controller with a polynomial controller on a setup consisting of two DC motors with constant excitation connected by an elastic coupling. In parallel with the polynomial controller, a PI speed controller utilizing the double ratio optimum is also designed. This method employs two control loops, one for speed and the other for current, to achieve better dynamic stability and system response. After implementing both controllers, their behaviors within the system are compared.
