Abstract
U radu je prikazan proces sastavljanja i ispitivanja trofaznog 10 polnog sinkronog motora s površinskim magnetima i aksijalnim tokom. Prikazana je i opisana izrada namota, lijepljenje magneta na rotor, sastavljanje kućišta uz upotrebu pomoćnog pribora. Provedena su i opisana mjerenja otpora, induciranog napona, induktiviteta, „cogging“ momenta te mape korisnosti motora. Većina mjerenja su provedena uz upotrebu akvizicijskog uređaja Dewesoft Sirius i odgovarajućeg DewesoftX računalnog programa te naknadno obrađena u Matlabu.
Abstract (english)
The thesis describes the process of assembling and testing of three-phase 10 pole synchronous motor with surface magnets and axial flux. The production of the winding, glueing of the magnet to the rotor, and assembly of the housing with the use of auxiliary accessories are shown and described, as well as measurements of resistance, induced voltage, inductance, "cogging" torque, and motor efficiency maps. Most of the measurements were carried out using the Dewesoft Sirius acquisition device and the corresponding DewesoftX computer program and subsequently processed in Matlab.
