Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je izraditi galvanski LLC izolirani pretvornik sa ulaznim istosmjernim naponom u iznosu 48V te iznosom izlaznog napona od 12V i struje do 500mA. Budući da je svrha ovoga pretvornika napajanje nisko šumnog medicinskog pojačala, pretvornik mora na svome izlazu davati što manje šuma. Također pretvornik mora zadovoljiti normu IEC 60601 te biti galvanski izoliran jer se radi o medicinskom uređaju. Upravo se rezonantni tip pretvornika koristi radi postizanja što manje količine šuma, budući da radi na aproksimaciji prvim harmonikom, što znači da kroz rezonantnu mrežu teče struja sinusnog valnog oblika, te je naponski valni oblik sinusni, uz zanemarivanje svih viših harmonika.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this paper was to build a galvanic isolated LLC converter with the DC input voltage of 48V and othe utput voltage of 12V with at least 500mA of the output current. As this will be power supply for the low noise medical amplifier, this converter must have as low as possible output noise. Also, it must comply with the iso standard IEC 60601 and must be galvanic isolated as it powers the medical device. Low output noise is the main reason for using an LLC converter for this power supply, because it is based on the first harmonic aproximation. This means that the sine wave current flows through resonant circuit and voltage of resonant circuit is sine wave, with attenuation of all high order harmonics.
