Abstract

U radu je opisan proces razvoja web aplikacije za pogrebna poduzeća. Nad postojećim programskim rješenjima iz domene, ustanovljen je cjelokupni skup mogućnosti i potrebni funkcionalni i nefunkcionalni zahtjevi aplikacije. Na temelju analiziranih zahtjeva određene su grupe korisnika i definirana su njihova prava. Kao rezultat, oblikovano je vlastito programsko rješenje koja omogućuje podršku svim poslovnim procesima pogrebnog poduzeća. Opisana je korištena arhitektura sustava i model relacijske baze podataka. Za kraj su detaljno navedene sve funkcionalnosti web aplikacije i opisane su korištene tehnologije i alati.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the process of developing a web application for funeral homes. Over the existing software solutions from the domain, the entire set of possibilities and the necessary functional and non-functional requirements of the application were established. Based on the analyzed requirements, groups of users were determined and their rights were defined. As a result, this software solution was designed, which enables support for all business processes of the funeral company. The used system architecture and relational database model are described. Finally, all the functionalities of the web application are detailed and the technologies and tools used are described.
