Abstract

U ovom je radu pružen uvid u razvoj aplikacije podrške korisnicima. Prije svega je odrađena analiza danog problema i već postojećih mu rješenja. Zatim su definirani zahtjevi ovakve aplikacije te je opisana arhitektura razvijenog sustava, obrasci uporabe i sve implementirane funkcionalnosti. Nakon toga su navedene i ukratko opisane tehnologije i alati korišteni u izradi te je na kraju iznesen i zaključak ovog rada. Svi su navodi poduprti odgovarajućim slikama i ilustracijama koji predočuju rad ove aplikacije. Aplikacija je razvijena za web te joj se iz tog razloga može pristupiti s različitih vrsta uređaja, a implementirane su sve nužne i tražene funkcionalnosti.

Abstract (english)

This paper provides insight into the development of a help desk application. First, an analysis of given problem and already existing solutions was carried out. Then the requirements of such application are defined and the architecture of the developed system, use cases and all implemented functionalities are described. After that, the technologies and tools used in the production are listed and briefly described. Also, the conclusion of this work is presented at the end of the paper. All statements are supported by appropriate images and illustrations that represent the operation of this application. The application was developed for the web and for that reason it can be accessed from different types of devices. All necessary and requested functionalities have been implemented.
