Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se opisom postojećeg programskog rješenja za potporu hitnim
intervencijama te opisivanjem izvedbe i funkcionalnosti u novo izrađenom
programskom rješenju. Na početku rada opisuje se postojeće rješenje, njegove
osnovne funkcionalnosti te određeni nedostatci. U suradnji za pružateljem usluga
hitnih intervencija provedena je specifikacija zahtjeva za unapređenje postojećeg
rješenja i sustava održavanja stambenih objekata u Gradu Zagrebu.
Nakon specifikacije funkcionalnih i nefunkcionalnih zahtjeva razjašnjeni su obrasci
uporabe aplikacije uz odgovarajući dijagram. Zatim je predstavljena arhitektura
sustava dijagramom razmještaja i detaljno je prikazan i razjašnjen svaki njen
element. Elementi su redom baza podataka, modeli, pogledi i kontroleri. Slijedi
prikaz osnovne funkcionalnosti toka naloga dijagramima uz pripadajuće objašnjenje.
Potom su prikazane funkcionalnosti i sučelje ostvareno u novom programskom
rješenju. Nakon opisa korištenih tehnologija i alata dolazi zaključak te literatura.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the description of the existing software solution for the support
of emergency interventions and with the description of the performance and
functionality of the newly created software solution. At the beginning of the work,
the existing solution, its basic functionalities and certain shortcomings are described.
In cooperation with the emergency intervention service provider, a specification of
requirements for the improvement of the existing solution and maintenance system
of residential buildings in the City of Zagreb was carried out.
After the specification of functional and non-functional requirements, application
usage patterns were clarified with a corresponding diagram. Then the architecture of
the system is presented with a layout diagram and each of its elements is shown and
explained in detail. The elements are database, models, views and controllers
respectively. The following is a presentation of the basic functionality of the order
flow with diagrams and an accompanying explanation. Then the functionalities and
interface created in the new software solution are shown. After the description of the
technologies and tools used comes the conclusion and the literature.
