Abstract

Prvi dio rada fokusira se na objašnjavanje opto-akustičkog efekta na kojem se zasniva opto-akustička tomografija. Implementirana su dva algoritma za rekonstrukciju slike: opći algoritam povratne projekcije i algoritam koji se temelji na sfernoj Radonovoj transformaciji i EM algoritmu. Za oba algoritma uspoređene su slike dobivene rekonstrukcijom uz manji i veći broj ultrazvučnih prijemnika i kako se slika dobivena rekonstrukcijom ponaša u prisustvu šuma. Na kraju je izvršena simulacija na modelu digitalnog miša čime smo demonstrirali mogućnost realizacije spomenutih algoritama.

Abstract (english)

The first part of the paper focuses on explaining the photoacoustic effect on which photoacoustic tomography is based. Two image reconstruction algorithms have been implemented: a universal back-projection algorithm and an algorithm based on a spherical Radon transformation and an EM algorithm. For both algorithms, a comparison was made between images obtained by reconstruction with smaller and larger number of ultrasonic receivers and investigation of noise influence on the reconstructed images. Finally, a simulation was performed on a digital mouse model, which demonstrated the possibility of realizing the mentioned algorithms.
