Abstract

U ovom radu predložena je struktura ispitne stanice za ispitivanje komponenti pogona električnog vozila nazivne snage do 20 kW. U uvodnom poglavlju nabrajaju se dijelovi električnog automobila i navodi problematika koja se obrađuje. U prvom poglavlju opisana je struktura ispitne stanice i detaljno su opisane njezine komponente uključujući diodni ispravljač, kočni otpornik, inverter te ispitni motor. U drugom poglavlju razrađen je upravljački dio ispitne stanice koji uključuje PLC, računalo i mjerni sustav za akviziciju. U trećem poglavlju opisana je momentna karakteristika ispitivanog stroja i kako izgleda na računalu. U zadnjem poglavlju dan je primjer asinkronog motora i frekvencijskog pretvarača te je prikazana sekvenca motora pri njegovom radu.

Abstract (english)

This thesis proposes testbed structure for testing of electric vehicles drive components rated up to 20 kW. The introductory chapter describes the components of electric vehicles and problems that this paper is dealing with are being presented. First chapter describes structure of testbed and main components including rectifier, braking resistor, inverter and test engine. Second chapter describes control part of testbed including PLC, PC and data acquisition. Third chapter describes torque characteristic of motor and what does it look like on PC. The last chapter gives an example of induction motor and frequency converter and shows the sequence of the engine when working.
