Abstract
Tema ovog rada su transportne statističke divergencije i usporediba Sinkhornovog algoritma u redukciji broja komponenata kombinacije distribucija s algoritmom k-sredina. Prvo su opisane eksponencijalne familije i njihove mjere udaljenosti. Zatim je opisan optimalni transport i Sinkhornov algoritam. Koristeći eksponencijalne familije i Sinkhornov algoritam opisan je novi algoritam uz algoritam k-sredina. Na kraju su prikazani i uspoređeni njihovi rezultati.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis are transport statistical divergences and the comparison of the Sinkhorn algorithm in the reduction of the number of components of themixture of distributions with the k-means algorithm. First, exponential families and their distance measures are described. Then the optimal transport and the Sinkhorn algorithm are described.
