Abstract

Tema ovog završnog rada je projektiranje senzora koji će mjeriti kutnu brzinu kardanske osovine automobila koji je prerađen u električni. U tu je svrhu između brojnih senzora odabran induktivni senzor zbog brzine odziva, robusnosti, te jednostavnosti ugradnje. Senzorski modul je potrebno smjestiti u prostor podvozja koji se nalazi poslije kardanskog zgloba automobila te izlazi iz mjenjačke kutije. U laboratoriju je način mjerenja te upravljački algoritam ispitan optičkim inkrementalnim enkoderom sa takozvanim ABZ signalnim izlazom. Signal koji je bilo potrebno obraditi kako bi se dobila jednakovrijedna usporedba sa induktivnim senzorskim modulom je bio Z impulsni signal. Obradi signala i računanju kutne brzine pristupilo se unutar programskog okruženja LabVIEW, uz korištenje postupka akvizicije podataka. Odgovarajućim upravljačkim algoritmom blokovskog dijagrama, uspješno je ostvaren mjerni pokazivač.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this thesis is to design a sensor that will be measuring the angular speed of the cardan axle on the electrically converted automobile. For this purpose, among many sensors, an inductive proximity sensor has been chosen thanks to it's responsiveness, robustness and the simplicity of it's mounting. The sensor needs to be put into a part of an underbody which comes after the universal joint of the automobile, and comes out of the gearbox. The algorithm was tested in a laboratory using an optical incremental encoder which uses the ABZ signal output. The signal that was needed to be analysed was the Z signal. The signal processing and the calculation of the angular velocity was done within the LabVIEW software environment, with the use of data acquisition technique. With the corresponding algorithm which uses the block diagram, the measuring indicator was successfully fulfilled.
