Abstract

Pojavom novog koronavirusa te time velikim udarom na mnoge države došlo je do potrebe za izradom epidemioloških modela koji će olakšati borbu s novim virusom. U sklopu rada izrađena je programska implementacija proširenog SEIR modela sa sučeljem za testiranje samog modela te sa sučeljem za predikciju modela iz stvarnih podataka. Dok aplikacija za ponašanje modela dobro prikazuje ideju proširenog SEIR modela, aplikacija za određivanje nepoznatih parametara nailazi na probleme. U radu se osim implementiranog modela osvrće na osnovni SEIR model te logistički model epidemije.

Abstract (english)

With the advent of the new coronavirus and thus a major blow to many countries, there was a need to develop epidemiological models that will facilitate the fight against the new virus. As part of the paper, a software implementation of the extended SEIR model with an interface for testing the model itself and with an interface for predicting the model from real data was developed. While the model behavior application well illustrates the idea of an extended SEIR model, the application for determining unknown parameters encounters problems. In addition to the implemented model, the paper looks at the basic SEIR model and the logistic model of the epidemic.
