Abstract

U ovome radu objašnjeno je prikupljanje podataka, tijekom CT snimanja, pomoću paralelnog i lepezastog snopa rentgenskih zraka. U nastavku rada dan je opis i usporedba analitičkih metoda rekonstrukcije (povratna projekcija i filtrirana povratna projekcija) te iterativnih metoda rekonstrukcije (ART i SIRT). Prilikom uspoređivanja kvalitete rekonstrukcije slike korišteno je pet parametara koji ukazuju na kvalitetu rekonstrukcije. Uspoređen je utjecaj na kvalitetu rekonstrukcije različitog broja projekcija za povratnu projekciju i filtriranu povratnu projekciju, različitog broja iteracija za ART i SIRT metode, korištenja različitih filtera kod filtrirane povratne projekcije i utjecaj na vrijeme izvođenja prilikom variranja broja iteracija kod ART i SIRT metode. Na kraju je dana usporedba kvalitete rekonstrukcije za sve četiri navedene metode.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, it is explained how the CT scan data is being collected by using a parallel beam and by using a fan beam. In the following sections, analytical methods(back projection and filtered back projection) and iterative methods (ART and SIRT) and is described and compared. The quality of the reconstruction is compared using five parameters. Results show the effect of the number of projections on the quality of reconstruction for back projection and filtered back projection, the effect of the number of iterations for ART and SIRT on the quality of reconstruction, the effect of various filters for filtered back projection and the effect of the number of iterations on run time for ART and SIRT. At the end of this paper, quality of the reconstruction of all four mentioned methods is compared.
