Abstract

U ovome radu je obrađen postupak projektiranja nabojske pumpe i niskopropusnog filtera u 180 nm CMOS tehnologiji. Rad je podijeljen u dvije cjeline. U prvoj se teorijski objašnjavaju dijelovi sklopa: invertor, analogna sklopka, strujno zrcalo, naponsko odvojno pojačalo, nabojska pumpa i niskopropusni filter, a u drugom su prikazani rezultati simulacija u programskom alatu za simulaciju sustava Cadence Virtuoso. Zasebno je simulirano ponašanje odvojnog pojačala i niskopropusnog filtera. Zatim je provedena analiza cijelog sklopa nabojske pumpe i niskopropusnog filtera s umjetno generiranim ulaznim signalima. Na kraju je predmetni sklop pridružen ostatku sklopa za faznu sinkronizaciju i provedene su simulacije na gornjoj razini. Rezultati su ispunili očekivanja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper I covered the process of designing the charge pump and low-pass filter in 180 nm CMOS technology. The paper is split into two parts. In the first part I explain the function of each part of the circuit: inverter, analog switch, current mirror, voltage buffer, charge pump and low-pass filter, and in the second the results of the simulations, which were run by the Cadence Virtuoso simulation system software, are shown. The behaviour of the charge pump and low-pass filter was simulated separately. Afterwards, an analysis of the circuit with the charge pump and low-pass filter was conducted with artificially generated input signals. At the end, the aformentioned circuit was connected to the rest of the phase-locked loop, and simulations were conducted at the top level. The results have been up to the expectations.
