Abstract

Cilj rada je projektiranje audio pojačala klase D s optičkim ulazom. Optički signal se dovodi na sklop preko TOSLINK konektora koji potom I2S sabirnica CS8416
prilago đava na ulaz pulsno-širinskoga modulatora TAS5012. Modulator vrši pretvorbu
pulsno-kodne modulacije signala u pulsno-širinsku modulaciju signala koji se potom
dovodi na ulaze pojačala snage TAS5261. Diferencijalni izlazi iz modulatora su spojeni na niskopropusni LC filter kojime se pulsno-širinska modulacija signala demodulira u analogni signal i preko releja dovodi na zvučnike. Releji su kontrolirani zaštitnim sklopom koji je spojen na diferencijalne izlaze pojačala te prati istosmjerni napon
i temperaturu pojačala snage te u slučaju neispravnoga rada otvara releje. Sklop je
napajan sa 24 V-tnim i pomoćnim 12 V-tnim napajanjem, a hlađenje sklopa izvedeno
je pasivno.

Abstract (english)

This paper aims to design a class D amplifier with optical input. The optical input signal is fed to the circuit via the TOSLINK connector and then processed by
I2S serial bus CS8416 for the input of pulse-width modulator TAS5012. The modulator converts the pulse-code signal modulation to the pulse-width signal modulation
fed to the input of the power amplifier TAS5261. Differential outputs of the amplifier
are connected to the low-pass LC filter, which demodulates the pulse-width modulation into an analog signal fed to the speaker through relays. Relays are controlled by
the protection circuit that is connected to the differential outputs of the amplifier and
monitors their DC voltage offset and the power amplifier temperature. In case of malfunctions, it opens the relays. The amplifier is powered by 24 V and auxiliary 12 V
power supplies. System cooling is achieved with passive heat sinks.
