Abstract

Prvi dio rada odnosi se na detaljnu teorijsku analizu mogućih sila na automobil. Te vrijednosti su iskorištene u modelu napravljenom u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink. Model se zasniva na podacima automobila prof. dr.sc. Marija Vražića koji će u budućnosti poslužiti kao poligon za ispitivanje tehnologije. S autom su napravljena mjerenja brzine vozila i momenta na kotačima te su ti podaci iskorišteni kao ulazne vrijednosti za navedeni model. Također je opisan postupak mjerenja i metode. Napravljena je i simulacija za određivanje karakteristika elektromotora te je odabran model LEV proizvođača Elaphe. Nakon odabira komponenti, proveden je niz simulacija za usporedbu potrošnje sa službenim Fiatovim podacima te sa ciklusom FTP - 75. Uspoređen je i model sa stvarnim mjerenjima i s izračunatim vrijednostima i pokazalo se da je model jako dobra aproksimacija stvarnog stanja (osim za proračun kapaciteta baterija). Zaključeno je da sustav ima perspektivu, ali za konačnu potvrdu ispravnosti potrebno je provesti mjerenja na stvarnom modelu.

Abstract (english)

The first part of the amster thesis presents a detailed theoretical analysis of forces on the vehicle. Those vaules are used in the model made in Matlab/Simulink software. Model is based on a car by Prof. Mario Vražić Ph.D., which will become a testing ground for the hybrid technology in the near future. We measured vechicle speed and torque on the wheels with that car. These measurements are used as an input of the model. Measuring method was described. Simulation was also made for determining characteristics of an electric equipment necessary to make a hybrid. Selected model of an electric motor was LEV, by Elaphe. Series of simulations were made to determine and compare vehicle consumption of the official Fiat's data and the cycle FTP – 75. Comparison of the model with the actual measurements and the model with calculated values proved to be a very good approximation of the real – life vehicle (exept for the battery capacity). The conclusion is that the system has good potential but for the final confirmation of the model excellence it is necessary to perform measurements on a real hybrid vehicle.
