Abstract

Glavna tema ovog rada je automatizacija modela obradnog centra s primjenom pametnog
senzora za vizualnu kontrolu. Automatizacija je izvedena uporabom programirljivog
logičkog kontrolera S7-1200 i programskog paketa Tia Portal. Na početku je
opisana korištena oprema te njezina primjena. U nastavku je detaljno objašnjen SCL
programski kod i korištene funkcije. Objašnjen je princip rada i spajanje vizualnog
senzora na PLC. Kako bi testirali ispravnost programskog koda, na kraju su objašnjene
vrste i načini simulacije. Ispravnost programskog koda testirana je online pomoću
PLCSIM programskog paketa.

Abstract (english)

The main subject of this thesis is the automation of the machining center model with
application of smart sensor for visual control. Automation was created by using the
S7-1200 logic control software program and the Tia Portal software package. At the
beginning, we described the use of equipment and its application. Then we explained
the SCL program code in detail and used functions. We explained the principle of operation
and connection of the visual sensor on the PLC. In order to test the correctness
of the program codes, we finally explained the types and ways simulations. We tested
the correctness of the program code online using the PLCSIM software package.
