Abstract

U radu je dan uvod u problem skladištenja istrošenog nuklearnog goriva te su opisane karakteristike HI-STORM suhog spremnika. Proveden je proračun ostatne topline u programu ORIGEN-S kao priprema podataka za analizu toplinskog ponašanja ING-a u spremniku. Opisan je korišteni program COBRA-SFS te je objašnjena njegova osnovna matematička pozadina. Napravljen je opis modela gorivnog elementa te je dana detaljna analiza pripadajuće ulazne COBRA-SFS datoteke. Napravljen je model spremnika TN-24P, zbog problema s razvijenim modelom HI-STORM spremnika, te su unaprijeđeni predprocesor i postprocesor za pripremu pripadajuće ulazne COBRA-SFS datoteke i geometrijski prikaz rezultata. Dobiveni su rezultati za temperature, pad tlaka i aksijalnu komponentu brzinu fluida na razini gorivnog elementa i na razini spremnika.

Abstract (english)

This paper provides an introduction to the problem of spent nuclear fuel storage and describes the characteristics of the HI-STORM dry cask. Decay heat source was calculated using the ORIGEN-S program as a preparation of data for the analysis of the thermal behavior of SNF in the cask. The COBRA-SFS program is described and its basic mathematical background is explained. A description of the fuel assembly model was made and a detailed analysis of the corresponding input COBRA-SFS file was given. A model of the TN-24P cask was created, instead of HI-STORM cask, due to problems with developed model, and the preprocessor and postprocessor were improved for the preparation of the corresponding input COBRA-SFS file and the geometric display of the results. Results were obtained for temperatures, pressure drop and axial fluid velocity at the level of the fuel element and at the level of the cask.
