Abstract

Računalna sigurnost je često zanemarivan te sve više izrabljivan dio elektroenergetskog sustava. Iskorištavanje takvih grešaka u sustavu može imati katastrofalne posljedice što se sve više dolazi do izražaja i u stvarnom svijetu. U ovom radu pokazani su načini na koji zlonamjerni počinitelj može prodrijeti u sustav i na koje ga sve načine može oštetiti. Takvi napadi su velika sigurnosna prijetnja u svijetu te njihov broj raste iz dana u dan. Pokazane su već znane iskorištene slabe točke sustava na stvarnim događajima te je opisano kako su ti događaji mogli biti spriječeni. Za kraj pokazana su najbolja moguća rješenja kako bi se čitav elektroenergetski sustav zaštitio od sigurnosnih prijetnji ili kako bi posljedice napada bile svedene na minimum.

Abstract (english)

Cybersecurity is an often neglected and increasingly exploited part of the power system. Exploiting such errors in the system can have disastrous consequences, which is increasingly becoming evident in the real world. This paper shows the ways in which a malicious perpetrator can penetrate the system and in which ways he can damage it. Such attacks are a major security threat in the world and their number is growing day by day. Already known exploited weak points of the system are shown in real events and it is described how these events could have been prevented. Finally, the best possible solutions are shown in order to protect the entire power system from security threats or to minimize the consequences of an attack.
