Abstract

U radu je opisan upravljački softver i vizualizacija transportnog procesa u elektrani na biomasu. Opisan je princip dovoda drvne sječke do peći za loženje i rasplinjavanje ( engl. gasifier). Navedeni su i procesni zahtjevi za automatsko upravljanje trakama u cilju pravovremenog punjenja bunkera koji služe kao spremnici sječke. Objašnjen je upravljački algoritam za uređaje koji su instalirani u polju. Napravljeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje ( HMI ) s kojeg je moguće upravljati procesom, nadzirati procesne veličine, zadavati referentne vrijednosti, pratiti trendove i podešavati parametre procesa. Objašnjeni su izazovi na koje se naišlo kroz proces i navedena su moguća poboljšanja sustava.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the software and visualization of the transport process in a biomass power plant is being described. Also, principle of supplying with woodchips from the bunkers to gasifiers were explained. In order to fill bunkers with woodchips, all requirements for managing with conveyors were described. The control algorithm for devices installed in the field was also explained. A visualization interface ( HMI ) has been created from which it is possible to manage the process, monitor process values, set reference values, monitor trends and adjust process parameters. The challenges encountered through the process were explained and possible system improvements were listed.
