Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je izrađeni algoritam upravljanja regulacije tlaka, razine vode i temperature pare niskotlačnog parnog kotla. Izvedeni su pojednostavljeni matematički modeli korišteni u regulaciji tlaka, razine vode i temperature pare. Za regulaciju procesa korišten je PID tip regulatora koji je implementiran u S7-1500 verziji PLC-a tvrtke Siemens. Parametri regulatora ručno su podešeni za dobivanje prihvatljive dinamike procesa. Izrađeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje koje prikazuje osnovne dijelove parnog kotla, a služi za jednostavno i brzo nadgledanje i upravljanje dinamike rada parnog kotla. Algoritam upravljanja i simulacija istog implementirane su pomoću programskih alata TIA Portal v15.1 i S7-PLCSIM-a.

Abstract (english)

In this mastery thesis, algorithm for controlling pressure, water level and steam temperature of low – pressure steam boiler, is described. Simplified mathematical models used in regulation od pressure, water level and steam temperature, are derived. The PID type controller is used, which is implemented in S7-1500 version of PLC by Siemens. The controller parameters are manually set to obtain acceptable process dynamics. A visualization interface has been created that shows the basic parts of steam boiler and serves to easily and quickly monitor and manage dynamics of steam boiler. The control algorithm and its simulation were implemented using the software tools TIA Portal v15.1 and S7-PLCSIM.
