Abstract

U radu je izrađen simulacijski model na kojem se testirala metoda detekcije boje pomoću industrijske kamere Baumer VCXG-32C primjenjiva u sektoru kontrole kvalitete proizvoda. Simulacijski model uključuje i laboratorijsku maketu industrijske trake za sortiranje proizvođača Fischertechnik. Upravljanje laboratorijskom maketom industrijske trake izvedeno je pomoću PLC-a S7 1516-3 PN/DP proizvođača Siemens. Prezentirano je programsko rješenje za detekciju boje razvijeno u programskom sučelju Halcon. Komunikacija između računala i kamere izvedena je pomoću GigeVision sučelja.

Abstract (english)

Simulation model was made for testing a method of color detection of objects with industrial camera Baumer VCXG-32C that can be used in quality control. Laboratory model of sorting line by Fischertechink was used to better simulate an industrial environment. PLC S7 1516-3 PN/DP by Siemens was used for the control of the system. Program for color detection was developed in Halcon programming environment. GigeVision interface was used for communication between the industrial camera and the personal computer.
