Abstract

Metrike informacijskih sustava su postupci i metode kojima se osigurava da su sve komponente aplikacije na kvalitetnoj razini. U ovome radu se istražuje što se sve mjeri, kako se mjeri i zašto se mjeri. Konačno za svaku metriku je pokazan primjer uobičajenog korištenja.Metrike se primjenjuju tijekom cijelog životnog ciklusa projekta i ključan su dio ispravnog rada informacijskog sustava. Postoje mnogi alati za analizu kvalitete sustava od kojih se nekoliko reprezentativnih primjera ovdje razrađuju.

Abstract (english)

Information system metrics are procedures and methods used to ensure all components of an application are at an acceptable level. Researched in this paper is what is being measured, how it's being measured and why is it being measured. Finally, for each metric a use case is given displaying how it would usually be applied. Metrics are applied during the entire lifecycle of a project and are a crucial portion of the normal work process of an information system. Many tools exist which help system administrators to analyze the inner workings of the system and retain its quality, with a few such representative applications being discussed in this paper.
