Abstract

Zadatak rada je izrada invertera koji upravlja radom sinkronog motra s permanentnim magnetim. Prikazana je mogućnost dodavanja viših harmonika u pobudni signal sinusnog motora, s ulogom povećavanja snage bez mijenjanja invertera, baterija i motora, iskljucivo programskim metodama. Predstavljena su tri režima rada, linearan režim rada bez utisnutih harmonika, linearan režim rada s utisnutim trećim harmonikom i nelinearan režim rada.
Izračunati su potrebni koeficijenti za maksimalno povećanje proizvedene snage motora. Posebna pažnja posvećena je tehnici upravljanja pomoću orijentacije polja (FOC).
Opisan je naponski inverter i njegova topologija.
Dizajniran je i proizveden inverter baziran na SiC MOSFET-ima namijenjen za napone baterija do 650V, maksimalne struje do 50A i maksimalne snage do 30kW.
Opisana su provedena testiranja, postignuti rezultati i navedena su moguća poboljšanja i nadogradnje.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this work was to build the inverter for managing the operation of the synchronous engine with a permanent magnet.The possibility of adding harmonics of higher orders into exciting signal of the sinus engine are shown, with the purpose of increasing the engine power without swapping the inverter, the battery or the engine, by exclusively using programmatic methods.Here are shown three work regiments: linear work regiment without incused harmonics, linear work regiment with incused third harmonic and non-linear work regiment.
The necessary coefficients to maximally enlarge the produced engine power were calculated. Special attention was paid to the management through field orientation (FOC) technique.
Voltage inverter and its topology were described. The inverter based on SiC MOSFETs was designed and produced, suitable for battery voltages up to 650V, maximum current of 50 A and maximal strength of 30 kW.
Described are the performed tests and results, and possible improvements and upgrades are discussed.
