Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je implementacija regulatora s iterativnom kompenzacijom greške za istosmjerne bezčetkaste motore s poboljšanom robustnosti. Regulator upravlja motorima unutar fotokopirnog uređaja, a glavni ciljevi su održanje konstantne brzine motora uslijed raznih smetnji i opterećenja te smanjenje razlike brzine između motora unutar fotokopirnog uređaja. Predložena je nova konfiguracija regulatora s iterativnom kompenzacijom greške, prikladna za fotokopirne uređanje, te uspoređena s klasičnim rješenjima uslijed tipičnih opterećenja.

Abstract (english)

This work describes an implementation of a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller with an iterative error compensator for multiple brushless direct current (BLDC) motors to improve the quality of a photocopier. The parameters of the iterative error compensator are determined by using particle swarm optimization algorithm. Based on the velocity error of BLDC motor, the optimization order in the BLDC motors is determined by a global controller. The proposed controller reduces the effects of repetitious unknown load torque on the BLDC motors by compensating the motor torque based on the motor velocity from the previous sequences. The proposed controller is compared to a PID controller under various load torques.
