Abstract

Elektromotori, od kojih su najčešće uz primjeni industrijski asinkroni motori, troše oko 40 % ukupno proizvedene energije na svjetskoj razini. Povećanjem energetske učinkovitosti asinkronih motora se mogu uštedjeti značajne količine energije te pozitivno utjecati na zaštitu okoliša. Budući da se motori obično proizvode u serijama, proizvodnja učinkovitijih motora na način da se dimenzije nekog postojećeg motora skaliraju aksijalnim i/ili radijalnim faktorom, čime novi motor postaje geometrijski sličan postojećem, omogućava postizanje značajnih novčanih i vremenskih ušteda. U ovom istraživanju su izvedeni precizni matematički zakoni te je izrađen računalni program koji povezuje električne i mehaničke karakteristike postojećeg i skaliranog motora te omogućava proračun karakteristika novog motora u vrlo kratkom vremenu. Takav pristup je pogodan za primjenu matematičke optimizacije u svrhu određivanja dimenzija skaliranog motora koji zadovoljava višu klasu energetske učinkovitosti prema međunarodnim standardima.

Abstract (english)

Electric motors, one of which most often used is industrial induction motor, consume about 40% of the energy produced at the global level. By increasing the energy efficiency of induction motors, significant amounts of energy can be saved, which contributes to environmental protection. Since the motors are typically manufactured in series, the production of more energy efficient motors in a way that the dimensions of an existing motor are scaled by an axial and/or radial factor, which results in a new motor geometrically similar to the original, can yield significant financial and time savings. In this research the precise mathematical laws are derived and a computer program is written that connect the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the existing and scaled motor and allow calculation of characteristics of the new motor in a very short time. Such an approach is suitable for the application of mathematical optimization for the purpose of determining the dimensions of the scaled motor which satisfies a higher energy efficiency class according to the international standards.
