Abstract

SMART on FHIR vodeća je svjetska inicijativa, podržana od strane svjetskih vodećih tehnoloških kompanija, koja olakšava integraciju mobilnih aplikacija u zdravstvu s ciljem implementacija kontinuiranih procesa liječenja. Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje osnove HL7 normi, HL7 FHIR norme s naglaskom na specifikaciju FHIR resursa, sigurnosne protokole u FHIR-u te nudi primjere FHIR implementacija. Također, opisuje osnove SMART on FHIR specifikacija i testnih okruženja. Na kraju rada, predstavljeni su reprezentativni primjeri SMART on FHIR aplikacija: Growth Chart, Pediatric Growth Chart for iOS i Cardiac Risk.

Abstract (english)

SMART on FHIR is a world-leading initiative, supported by the world's leading technology companies, which facilitates the integration of mobile applications in healthcare with the focus on implementing continuous treatment processes. This thesis describes the basics of HL7 standards, HL7 FHIR standard with emphasis on the specification of FHIR resources, security protocols in FHIR and offers examples of FHIR implementations. It also describes the basics of SMART on FHIR specifications and test environments. Finally, applications Growth Chart, Pediatric Growth Chart for iOS and Cardiac Risk are presented as representative examples of SMART on FHIR applications.
