Abstract

Sustav za ispitivanje motora s unutrašnjim izgaranjem je izrađen u Laboratoriju za motore i vozila na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Sustav se sastoji od kočnice koja se sastoji od asinkronog motora, a upravlja se pretvaračem napona i frekvencije. Pretvarač napona i frekvencije je modularne izvedbe, a sastoji se od ulaznog filtra, ispravljača i izmjenjivača. Modulima pretvarača napona i frekvencije preko DRIVE-CliQ komunikacije upravlja posebna upravljačka jedinica. Upravljačka jedinica i PLC su povezani preko Profinet komunikacije. Elementi sustava se nalaze u samostojećem ormaru unutar kabine za ispitivanje. Upravljanje sustava se vrši na upravljačkom pultu izvan upravljačke kabine. Sustav se može upravljati u dva načina: manul preko touch panela i remote preko LabVIEW aplikacije.

Abstract (english)

System for internal combustion engines testing is made in Laboratory for engines and vehicles on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Arhitecture of University of Zagreb. System is composed of brake which is made of induction motor and operated by voltage and frequency converter. Voltage and frequency converter is modular constructed and made of input filter, rectifier and inverter. Voltage and frequency converter modules are operated by special managing unit through DRIVE-CliQ communication. Managing unit and PLC are connected through Profinet communication. System elements are located in standalone cabinet for research. System managing is being done on control panel outside managing cabine. System can be controled in two ways: manual by touch panel and remote by LabVIEW application.
