Abstract

Izolacija transformatora sastoji se od transformatorskog ulja i krute izolacije. Životni vijek transformatora određen je životnim vijekom izolacije transformatora. Kruta izolacija transformatora proizvedena je od higroskopne celuloze. Temperatura, vlaga i kisik uzrokuju starenje izolacije. Izolaciju transformatora potrebno je sušititi i maksimalno ukloniti vlagu iz izolacije jer vlaga smanjuje električna i mehanička svojstva izolacije. To može dovesti do oštećenja izolacije i smanjenja životnog vijeka transformatora. Najučinkovitiji način sušenja je sušenje transformatora kerozinskim parama u kerozinskom postrojenju. To je najbrži proces sušenja, a provodi se u vakuumu pri čemu se celulozna izolacija zagrijava uslijed topline kondenzacije kerozina i vlaga se kontinuirano izdvaja iz izolacije. Kerozinske pare koje se pojavljuju u procesu su zapaljive i eksplozivne pod određenim uvjetima, stoga su poduzete mjere u cilju zaštite okoliša i sigurnosti rada s postrojenjem. Mikropocesorski upravljački kontrolni sustav upravlja, nadzire i prati procesne veličine tjekom sušenja.

Abstract (english)

Isolation of transformer consists of transformer oil and solid insulation. Life time of the transformer is determined by the lifetime of the transformer isolation. Solid insulation of the transformer was produced from hygroscopic cellulose. Temperature, humidity and oxygen causes aging of the insulation. Drying transformer isolation is necessary and a maximum remove moisture from insulation because moisture reduces the electrical and mechanical properties of the insulation.This can lead to damage to the insulation and reduce the lifetime of transformers. The most effective way of drying is the drying of transformers with kerosene vapour in the vapour phase drying plant. That is the fastest drying process, is performed in a vacuum, whereby the cellulose insulation is heated due to the heat of condensation of kerosene and extracts the moisture from the insulation. Kerosene vapours that occur in the process are flammable and explosive under certain conditions, so that the measures are taken to protect the environment and the safety of the facility. Microproccesor command and control system manages, supervises and monitors the process variable during drying.
