Abstract

Centri daljinskog upravljanja predstavljaju vrlo važan aspekt funkcioniranja željezničke infrastrukture. Iz njih elektroenergetski dispečeri uz pomoć računalne i komunikacijske opreme obavljaju daljinsko upravljanje stabilnim postrojenjima za napajanje električne vuče. Trenutno na HŽ Infrastrukturi postoje 3 centra daljinskog upravljanja, u Zagrebu, Rijeci i Vinkovcima. U radu je analizirana opterećenost svakog pojedinog CDU-a, s obzirom na broj odrađenih manipulacija i s obzirom na broj pogonskih događaja. Opisane su funkcionalnosti SCADA sustava koji se koristi za nadzor i upravljanje SPEV-om. Utvrđeni su nedostaci koji postoje kod komunikacijskog povezivanja upravljanih mjesta sa CDU-ovima, te su predloženi načini uvođenja redundancije odnosno osiguranja povratne veze preko neovisne komunikacijske infrastrukture. Predložene su varijante optimiranja rada CDU-ova te su opisani svi čimbenici koje treba uzeti u obzir prilikom odabira najbolje varijante optimiranja.

Abstract (english)

Remote control centers represent a very important aspect of the functioning of the railway infrastructure. From there power dispatchers perform remote control of the electric traction facilities with the help of computers and communication equipment. Currently, there are 3 remote control centers stationed on the HŽ Infrastruktura railway lines in Zagreb, Rijeka and Vinkovci. The study analyzes the workload of each CDU, given the number of manipulations worked and given the number of operational events. It describes the functionality of SCADA system used to monitor and manage electric traction facilities. It also identifies deficiencies that exist in the communication connectivity between CDU and managed sites. The study suggests ways of introducing redundancy and ensure feedback through independent communication infrastructure. The study proposes the ways of optimization of the CDUs and describes all the factors to be taken into account when selecting the best optimization method.
