Abstract

Topološki procesor važan je korak u procesu estimacije stanja EES-a. U ovom radu prezentiran je novi pristup topološkom procesiranju temeljen na interpretaciji refleksije utisnutog ispitnog naponskog signala. Prikazan je način kako iz reflektiranog ispitnog naponskog signala koji ima karakter putujućeg vala ekstrapolirati topološku informaciju pomoću umjetnih neuronskih mreža. Ispitni naponski signal utiskuje se u optimalno odabrane sabirnice mreže gdje se i očitava refleksija. Metoda optimalnog odabira sabirnica razrađena je u radu i temelji se na svođenju optimizacijskog problema u poznate optimizacijske okvire. Topološka informacija ekstrapolira se iz izmjerenog signala pomoću sustava umjetnih neuronskih mreža koji se sastoji od dvaju dijelova: sustav za dekompoziciju signala (DANN) i sustav za prepoznavanje topologije (TANN) iz dekomponiranog signala. Očitani je signal superpozicija refleksija od svake pojedine sabirnice u promatranom dijelu mreže, a DANN sustav razlaže signal na doprinose svake pojedine refleksije. Izlazna vrijednost DANN sustava je vektor koji sadrži amplitude svakog pojedinačnog reflektiranog signala i taj vektor predstavlja ulazni vektor TANN sustava. TANN sustav kao rezultat vraća klasificirani vektor sa binarnim uklopnim stanjem na svakom kraju pojedinog voda što u konačnici predstavlja i topologiju mreže. Sustav neuronskih mreža prolazi proces učenja na bazi već poznatih topologija dobivenih mjerenjem ili simulacijom. U svrhu verifikacije, opisana metoda primijenjena je na pojednostavljenom modelu dijela elektroenergetske mreže. Analiza dobivenih rezultata pokazala je zadovoljavajuću efikasnost u prepoznavanju topološke strukture. Metoda dekompozicije ulaznog signala pomoću sustava neuronskih mreža na sastavne dijelove najveći je znanstveni doprinos ovog rada.

Abstract (english)

This work is made to improve function of topological processing as part of state estimation process. Presented method is based on measurement of the injected test signal reflection from the impedance discontinuities in the network. Injected test signal has performance of an electromagnetic wave. Correct interpretation of the reflected signal gives possibility to determine network topology at the reflection site. Core of this work is interpretation of the reflected signal by the developed artificial neural network (ANN) system. The voltage test signal is injected into the optimum selected power system buses and the reflection of the traveling wave is read at the same position. The artificial neural network system consists of two connected parts: a signal decomposition system (DANN) and a topology recognition system (TANN). Since the measured signal is a superposition of reflections from each individual bus in the power network, in the DANN system such a signal is decomposed into components and contributions of each individual reflection. The output of a DANN system is a vector that contains the amplitudes of each individual reflected signal, and that vector represents the input vector of the TANN system. As a result, the TANN system returns a classified vector with a binary status of switchgear at each end of transmission line. This vector ultimately represents the network topology. Described method has been verified on a simplified model of power system. Obtained results analyzation showed satisfactory efficiency in recognizing the topological structure.
