Abstract

Napravljena je snimka stanja radijskih sustava u elektroenergetskom poduzeću i analiza potreba za radijskim komunikacijskim sustavom iz kojih je pokazano: • da javno dostupni komercijalni telekomunikacijski sustavi ne mogu zadovoljiti zahtijevane tehničke značajke za potrebe mobilnog radijskog sustava elektroenergetskog poduzeća i • da je u ovom trenutku jedina tehnologija koja može zadovoljiti funkcijske i tehničke potrebe elektroenergetskog poduzeća, tehnologija sukladna ETSI normi TETRA.... More Topologija radijske mreže predložene tehničkim rješenjem uvjetovana je prije svega zahtjevom za vrlo visokom kvalitetom pokrivenosti teritorija radijskim signalom i robusnosti radijske mreže. Stoga velik dio kapaciteta sustava nije iskorišten. Obzirom da TETRA sustav omogućuje sigurno i učinkovito dijeljenje resursa bilo bi uputno razmotriti opciju partnerstva ili pružanja telekomunikacijskih usluga pristupa TETRA mreži tvrtkama sa sličnim operativnim komunikacijskim potrebama. Cilj financijske analize nije bio dokazati 100% komercijalnu isplativost implementacije TETRA radijske mreže za potrebe elektroenergetskog poduzeća, obzirom da se radi o ključnom infrastrukturnom elementu u djelatnosti proizvodnje, prijenosa i distribucije električne energije, nego sagledati problematiku i s komercijalnog stajališta osobito obzirom na: • veličinu investicije i troškova, • uštede radi konsolidacije usluga, • poboljšanja kvalitete i osiguranja električne energije te • moguće komercijalizacije viška kapaciteta koji se pojavljuje radi postavljenih tehničkih uvjeta. Abstract (english)

Snapshot of radio system statement in the electric power company and analysis for the radio communication system has been made from which it is shown that: • publicly available commercial telecommunications systems can not meet the required technical features for the mobile radio system in the electric power company • currently TETRA, which is compatible with ETSI standard, is the only technology that can meet the functional and technical needs of the electric power company. Radio networks... More topology of the proposed technical solution is conditioned by requirements for very high-quality radio signal coverage of the territory and the toughness of radio network. Therefore the capacity of the system was not efficiently used at all. Since that the TETRA system provides safe and effective resource sharing it would be wise to consider the option of a partnership or providing access to TETRA network telecommunications services to the companies with similar operational communication needs. The goal and objective of financial analysis has not been to prove 100% commercial viability of implementation of TETRA radio network for electric power company, since it is a key infrastructure element in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, but rather to look at the issue of the commercial point of view especially considering: • the size and costs of investments, • consolidate services savings, • improve the quality and security of power electricity and • possible commercialization of capacity redundancy as a result of the technical requirements.
