Abstract

Tijekom posljednjih desetak godina trend razvoja modernih telekomunikacijskih sustava karakterizira imperativ konvergencije prema jednoj, unificiranoj telekomunikacijskoj mreži, tj. migracija postojećeg podatkovnog i glasovnog prometa prema jedinstvenoj komunikacijskoj infrastrukturi. Osnovni trend koji je uočljiv je da sve više sustava konvergira na IP mrežu što je i općenita pojava u svijetu. Neke od prednosti prelaska na otvorenu IP mrežnu infrastrukturu su jednostavnija konfiguracija i rekonfiguracija mreže, smanjenje troškova njene izgradnje i održavanja, mogućnost korištenja opreme različitih proizvođača, kao i jednostavnije spajanje sa sustavima drugih sudionika dereguliranog tržišta električne energije. Komparativnom analizom SDH i Ethernet IP tehnologije je pokazano da se korištenjem IP tehnologije mogu realizirati osnovne operativne i administrativne usluge tako da se zadovolje svi neophodni zahtjevi u pogledu visoke pouzdanosti, raspoloživosti i zahtijevane kvalitete usluge. Naravno da će prijelaz s tradicionalnih kanalskih sustava na sustave bazirane na Ethernet IP rješenjima (paketskim sustavima) biti postepen. Pri tome će bitan utjecaj na arhitekturu telekomunikacijskog sustava HEP-a imati i buduće restrukturiranje HEP Grupe. Prikazano je jedno od mogućih idejnih rješenja telekomunikacijskog sustava bazirano na Ethernet IP rješenju.

Abstract (english)

Over the past decade, the development trend of modern telecommunications systems are characterized by the imperative of convergence towards a single, unified telecommunications network, i.e. the migration of existing data and voice traffic to a single communications infrastructure. The main trend that is apparent is that the majority of the systems converge to the IP network as a general phenomenon in the world. Some of the benefits of switching to an open IP network infrastructure are: a simpler configuration and reconfiguration of the network, reducing the cost of its construction and maintenance, use of equipment from different manufacturers, as well as easier to connect to the systems of other participants of the deregulated electricity market. A comparative analysis of SDH and Ethernet IP technology has shown that by using IP technology we can realize the basic operational and administrative services to meet all necessary requirements in terms of high reliability, availability and quality of service required. Of course, the transition from traditional systems to systems based on Ethernet IP solutions (packet based systems) will be gradual. In doing so, the major influence on the architecture of the telecommunication system of HEP will have a future restructuring of HEP Group. One possible conceptual design of the telecommunications system based on Ethernet IP solutions is shown.
