Abstract

Analizirajući nova tehnološka rješenja bazirana na lokacijskim uslugama koja su popraćena brzim razvojem komunikacijskih tehnologija dolazimo do zaključka da će se bitno promijeniti sustav upravljanja i nadzora cestovnog prometa, a s tim postaviti novi standardi u procesu prikupljanja i distribucije prometnih informacija. Iz tog razloga u ovom radu predloženo je novo računalno okruženje raspodijeljeno na niz cjelina povezanih u jedinstven sustav Hrvatskog autokluba koji pruža usluge pomoći na cesti i informira javnost o stanju cestovnog prometa. Osmišljen je zajednički komunikacijski, kartografski i podatkovni sustav koji je detaljno opisan i prilagođen za implementaciju nadolazećih lokacijskih servisa i usluga. Prikazani su postojeći sustavi za nadzor i upravljanje prometom te opisani procesi prikupljanja i distribucije prometnih informacija. Na kraju rada opisane su nove tehnologije i usluge koje su inicijator redizajna postojećeg sustava a cilj je njihova primjena na našim prometnicama u bliskoj budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

Analyzing new technological solutions based on location services which are accompanied by development of communication technologies, we came to the conclusion that the system for road traffic monitoring will be drastically changed. Accordingly to these changes, the new standards in the process of collecting and distributing traffic information will be set. Starting with that premises and reasoning, in this thesis new computing environment in a compact system of the Croatian Automobile Club is proposed. It is divided into number of units which, connected together, gives roadside assistance services and informs the public about road conditions. Described in details and adapted to deploy location services and emergency services is designed joint communication, mapping and data system. Existing monitoring systems and traffic management are shown and process of collecting and distributing traffic information is described. At the end of the Master's thesis, new technologies and services are described as initiators for redesigning of the existing system; its application on our roadways in the near future is the final goal.
